Raw Material Requirements: Raw material selection and preparation depend on the target fertilizer formulation, material properties and production process. Suitable particle size, moisture content and material compatibility should be considered during process design.

Extruded Fertilizer Production Process

Selected raw materials are conveyed to the production line through the feeding system according to the required fertilizer formulation.

Raw materials are crushed and mixed to achieve suitable material conditions and a uniform blend before compaction.

The prepared materials are fed into the roller compaction unit, where pressure is applied to form compacted fertilizer material.

The compacted material is processed through crushing and sizing equipment to produce granules for subsequent screening.

The granules are screened according to the required product specifications. Oversized and undersized materials are handled through the recycling system according to the process design.

The screened fertilizer material is processed in a rotary dryer to achieve the required moisture content.

The dried fertilizer granules are cooled before further finishing and handling.

A suitable coating process may be incorporated according to product requirements and the selected equipment configuration.

Qualified fertilizer products are conveyed to the packaging system for weighing and bagging.
