Screening Equipment

Precision Sizing for Consistent Fertilizer Quality

Screening is a fundamental and critical step in fertilizer production, ensuring final product uniformity, removing off-size particles, and maximizing process efficiency. Our robust and reliable screening equipment delivers precise particle size separation, essential for producing market-ready granules that meet exact specifications, improve nutrient consistency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Our Screening Machine Types

Vibrating Screen

The high-efficiency, versatile workhorse for precise particle separation. Utilizing high-frequency vibrations, it rapidly sorts materials through multiple screen decks. Ideal for dry or slightly moist granules, it excels at high-capacity, fine-sizing tasks, producing multiple tightly-sized fractions with great accuracy.

Rotary Sieve (Trommel Screen)

A gentle, reliable separator perfect for handling sticky, moist, or fragile materials. The rotating cylindrical drum uses a tumbling action to progressively screen particles. Its self-cleaning nature and robust design make it the preferred choice for scalping (removing large oversize), dedusting, and screening materials that would blind traditional vibrating screens.

How to Choose the Right Screening Machine

Selecting the optimal screener depends on your material characteristics and process goals:

Dry to Slightly Moist, Free-Flowing Granules: Vibrating Screen offers higher throughput and precision.

Sticky, Damp, Fragile, or Abrasive Materials: Rotary Sieve is superior due to its gentler action and resistance to blinding.

High Fines Content: Vibrating Screen with a ball-tray or cleaning system can be effective. Rotary Sieve is naturally resistant to blinding by fines.

Precise Product Sizing (e.g., 2-4 mm, 4-6 mm): Vibrating Screen with multiple decks provides the sharpest separations.

Scalping (removing large oversize) or Dedusting (removing fines): Rotary Sieve is simple, effective, and low-maintenance for these tasks.

High-Capacity, Single-Size Separation: Both can be applied; Vibrating Screen typically has a smaller footprint for the same capacity.

For applications requiring multiple, precise product fractions from one unit, the Vibrating Screen is unmatched.

For low maintenance, simplicity, and handling difficult materials, the Rotary Sieve is often the more robust choice.

Consider plant layout and headroom: Vibrating screens are typically compact but require height for material flow, while rotary sieves are longer but can operate at a lower profile.

Beyond Screening: Integrated Process Optimization

We provide more than just screens; we deliver complete separation solutions that optimize your entire line.

  • Custom-Engineered Solutions

We design screen surfaces (aperture size, shape, and material), vibration parameters, or drum slope and speed to match your exact granule characteristics and separation targets.

  • Seamless Line Integration

Our screeners are engineered to work perfectly with your upstream crushers, granulators, and dryers and downstream coating or packaging systems, ensuring smooth material flow and consistent feed.

  • Maximizing Yield & Efficiency

Proper screening recovers on-spec product, recycles undersize back to the granulator, and removes oversize for crushing, minimizing waste and maximizing overall plant yield.

  • Durability & Support

Built with high-wear components for long service life in abrasive fertilizer environments, backed by readily available spare parts and expert technical support.
