Material Handling & Conveying Systems

Material Handling & Conveying Systems

The Reliable Arteries of Your Fertilizer Plant

Efficient and reliable material handling is the backbone of any continuous fertilizer production line. Our comprehensive range of conveying equipment is engineered to transport raw materials, intermediates, and finished products seamlessly between different processing stages—from vertical lifting and horizontal conveying to inclined transport. Built for durability, low maintenance, and smooth integration, our systems ensure your plant operates at peak capacity with minimal downtime.

Our Conveying Equipment Types

Bucket Elevator

The vertical lifting specialist. Designed to efficiently elevate bulk materials like granules, powders, and raw materials to significant heights within a compact footprint. Ideal for connecting processes across different plant levels, such as feeding raw materials to silos or transferring granules to a coating drum.

Scraper Conveyor (Drag Chain Conveyor)

A versatile, enclosed conveyor perfect for handling a wide range of materials, including fine powders, small granules, and even slightly sticky substances. Material is moved along a trough by linked flights (scrapers) attached to a chain. Excellent for dust-free, horizontal, or slightly inclined conveying under demanding conditions.

Belt Conveyor

The workhorse of horizontal and inclined transport. Utilizing a continuous rubber belt driven by pulleys, it offers high-capacity, gentle, and long-distance conveying of granular and lumpy materials. Its simple design and reliability make it the go-to choice for moving large volumes of fertilizer between buildings or across the plant floor.

Screw Conveyor (Auger Conveyor)

The enclosed, compact solution for metered transfer of powders and fine granules over short to moderate distances. Ideal for dust-free feeding under silos, interfacing with weigh hoppers, and navigating tight spaces where other conveyors cannot fit.

How to Choose the Right Conveying System

Vertical Lifting: Bucket Elevator.

Long-Distance Horizontal/Inclined Transport (Granules): Belt Conveyor.

Enclosed, Dust-Free Horizontal Conveying (Powders/Granules), Multiple Feed/Discharge Points: Scraper Conveyor.

Sealed, Metered Feeding of Powders/Fines, Short Distance, Low-Headroom Installation: Screw Conveyor.

Dust Control: Scraper and Screw Conveyors offer excellent containment; Bucket Elevators are fully enclosed.

Gentle Handling: Belt Conveyors are best for fragile granules.

Metering/Feeding Accuracy: Screw Conveyors are inherently good for controlled feed; Belt Conveyors with weigh feeders offer precision.

Space Constraints/Layout Flexibility: Screw Conveyors are highly adaptable in tight spaces; Scraper Conveyors can navigate complex paths with inlets/outlets.

For the lowest maintenance and highest capacity over long distances, choose a Belt Conveyor.

For handling abrasive materials with minimal internal wear points in an enclosed system, a Scraper Conveyor may be superior to a screw conveyor.

Beyond Conveyance: Integrated Plant Flow Solutions

We provide more than just conveyors; we engineer synergistic material flow systems for your entire plant.

  • Custom-Engineered Design

We design each system—whether it's the belt width, bucket type, chain/flight configuration, or screw pitch and diameter—based on your material’s properties.

  • Seamless Process Integration

Our conveyors are designed to interface perfectly with your feeders, screens, crushers, storage silos, and packaging units, creating a cohesive and automated production line, including using screw conveyors for precise discharge from hoppers to packaging machines.

  • Durability & Longevity

We use high-quality components—wear-resistant belts and buckets, robust chains, and heavy-duty drives—to ensure years of reliable service in abrasive fertilizer environments.

  • Safety & Compliance

All our equipment is designed with safety guards, emergency stop cords, and adherence to relevant mechanical safety standards to protect your personnel.
