Granulation Equipment
Engineered for Superior Fertilizer Production
Granulation is a core process in modern fertilizer production, transforming raw powder into uniform, dust-free granules that improve nutrient efficiency, handling, and storage. Our granulator series offers robust, high-yield solutions tailored to diverse raw material properties and production goals. From compact plants to large-scale operations, we provide the technology to optimize your fertilizer quality and output.
Our Granulator Types
Spray Rotary Dryer-Granulator
A combined drying and granulation unit ideal for slurry or wet materials. It utilizes hot air spray drying and rotary tumbling to produce uniform granules in a single step, saving energy and space.
Rotary Drum Granulator
The industry workhorse for large-scale production. This robust, inclined rotating drum produces high-tonnage granules through a gentle rolling and coating action, excellent for NPK blends and organic fertilizers.
Extrusion Granulator
Uses high-pressure mechanical force to compact dry powders into solid, cylindrical granules. Ideal for moisture-sensitive materials, producing dense, low-dust granules with minimal heat or liquid additives.
Disc Granulator (Pan Granulator)
Features an inclined rotating disc that creates uniform, spherical granules through a rolling and cascading motion. Highly adjustable for size control, compact in design, and perfect for blending additives during granulation.
Gear Shaping Granulator
Designed with unique intermeshing gear rollers to mold wet or sticky materials into uniform, pillow-shaped or specially shaped granules. Excellent for organic fertilizers and materials requiring gentle yet precise forming.
Tower Prilling System (with High-Tower Nozzles)
A specialized process for producing ultra-uniform, spherical prills of urea and ammonium nitrate. Molten fertilizer is atomized through precision nozzles at the top of a tall tower, solidifying into dust-free granules as it falls through a cooling air stream. This method is renowned for producing premium-grade fertilizers with excellent solubility and handling properties.
How to Choose the Right Granulator
Selecting the optimal granulator depends on your specific production parameters:
- Raw Material
- Production Capacity
- Granule Characteristics
- Process Integration
Wet/Slurry: Spray Rotary Dryer-Granulator
Dry Powder: Extrusion Granulator
Moist Blends: Rotary Drum or Disc Granulator
Sticky/Organic: Gear Shaping or Disc Granulator
Molten Urea/AN Solution: Tower Prilling System
Large-scale (>20t/h): Rotary Drum Granulator
Medium-scale (5-20t/h): Disc Granulator or Spray Rotary Dryer-Granulator
Small-scale or Lab/Pilot: Extrusion or Disc Granulator
Very Large-Scale Nitrogen Fertilizers: Tower Prilling System
Spherical, uniform size: Disc Granulator or Tower Prilling System
Dense, cylindrical: Extrusion Granulator
High-strength, rounded: Rotary Drum
Special shapes/low dust: Gear Shaping Granulator
Perfect spheres, ultra-low dust, superior solubility: Tower Prilling System
Need combined drying? → Spray Rotary Dryer-Granulator
Seeking low energy consumption? → Extrusion or Disc Granulator
Requiring flexibility and easy adjustment? → Disc Granulator
