Raw Materials For BB Fertilizer Production Line

  • Base Granular Fertilizers

Urea, Diammonium Phosphate (DAP), Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP), Muriate of Potash (MOP), Sulfate of Potash (SOP), Ammonium Sulfate, NPK Granules.

  • Micronutrient Granules / Coated Products

Can be incorporated if particle size is matched.

  • Conditioners (Optional)

Anti-caking agents (e.g., diatomaceous earth) can be added during mixing.

Key Requirement: All raw materials must have similar and matched particle size (typically 2-4 mm) to prevent nutrient segregation during handling and application.

BB Fertilizer Production Line Production Process

Granular base fertilizers are delivered and temporarily stored in designated receiving hoppers or bulk bags. This step ensures material availability and minimizes cross-contamination.

Materials are independently conveyed (via elevator or conveyor) from their storage to dedicated weighing hoppers mounted on high-precision electronic scales.

The control system sequentially doses each ingredient according to the selected digital recipe, achieving extremely accurate batch proportions.

Once all ingredients in a batch are weighed, they are simultaneously or sequentially discharged into the inlet of the gentle mixing unit. This ensures the entire batch enters the mixer together for consistent results.

Inside the mixer (ribbon or rotary type), the granules are blended for a predetermined time (3-6 mins). The mixer's action is designed to create a perfectly homogeneous blend without crushing or damaging the granules, which is critical for quality.

The uniformly mixed batch is fully discharged from the mixer onto a short conveyor. The system is designed for complete discharge to prevent cross-batch contamination.

The finished BB fertilizer is directly packed into the desired format:

Bulk Bags (Big Bags): Using a semi or fully automatic bulk bag filler.

Small Bags: Fed into a multi-spout weighing and sewing bagging line.

Localized dust extraction points at all transfer zones (mixer inlet/outlet, packaging) capture airborne particles, maintaining a clean plant environment and minimizing product loss.

Advantages

Unbeatable Formulation Agility & Speed

Change fertilizer formulas in minutes simply by selecting a new recipe on the control panel. Perfect for serving farmers with customized NPK+S+Micro nutrient blends, producing small batches on demand with zero cross-contamination.

Low Capital & Operational Investment (Fast ROI)

Requires significantly less equipment, space, and energy (no drying/cooling/granulation needed) compared to a chemical fertilizer line. This makes it the most cost-effective entry point into fertilizer production, with a rapid return on investment.

Preserves Granule Integrity & Nutrient Accuracy

Our gentle mixing technology ensures base granules are not broken down. This, combined with precision weighing, guarantees that the nutrient ratio specified in the formula is exactly what reaches the farmer’s field, preventing segregation.

Simple Operation & Low Maintenance

The process is straightforward—weighing and physical mixing. This translates to easy training for operators and minimal maintenance, with no high-temperature or high-wear processes like granulation or drying.

Clean, Modular & Expandable Design

The line is inherently low-dust with integrated collection. Its modular nature allows you to start simple and later add more raw material silos, a micro-ingredient dosing system, or automated packaging as your business grows.
